Free NHS Complaints workshop – First Time For Healthwatch Portsmouth

Healthwatch Portsmouth were pleased to hold their first free NHS Complaints workshop on October 20th at Cosham Community Centre. All those attending evaluated the session well and had a busy and interactive morning. These evaluations are shaping the session and it is planned to offer the workshop at regular intervals throughout to year to develop confidence and knowledge in using and supporting others to access the NHS Complaints system. The next free workshop is being planned for the New Year 2017 with a focus on service improvement and understanding the local NHS complaints processes.
