To deliver outstanding customer service and retain good customer relations, with in a multi-unit environment.
To drive the maintenance of product/stock knowledge to ensure accurate and reflective sales whilst achieving planned revenue whilst supporting the delivery of contractual performance through effectual strategies.
To coordinate the day to day operations of the Furnish warehouse, collections and deliveries.
To manage the Sales and inventory, the merchandise planning and be responsible for range planning both in store and online. They will identify issues and opportunities from weekly reviews of trading performance and other key performance indicators to close any gaps.
To be accountability for creating exit strategies for events and for the clearing of stock, they will also have overall responsibility for setting the replenishment parameters for all products, and will be accountable for signing off all purchase orders ensuring they are in line with agreed budgets and forecasts.
Deliver customer service within the Furnish warehouse, both face-to-face and over the telephone, processing queries and dealing with customers politely, professionally and efficiently.
Manage and achieve stock holding within company targets for units responsible
Identify opportunities to maximise sales at a local level, being aware of local and national events
Collate and input data into electronic databases and spreadsheets, with accuracy of an exceptional standard and within specified deadlines when required.
Maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and security of records and data.
Provide generic warehouse support to the Learning Links team as reasonably required.
Attend meetings and participate in training and development, as required.
The post holder may be required to work some unsocial hours in accordance with the needs of the post and/or the organisation.
Support with the maintaining of product/stock knowledge to ensure accurate and reflective sales.
Support with the deliveries and collections of the Furnish stock.
Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Managing a small team responsible for day to day warehouse functions. This includes:
- Overseeing all warehouse functions
- Maintaining the highest standards in the warehouse operation
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed
- Accurate locating of client product within warehouse
- Close liaison with Project manager to ensure they are updated at all times
- Determine warehouse staff and volunteers daily tasks to ensure daily task checklist is completed.
Working with partners
Proactively broker and coordinate involvement of professional services in line with the action plan, bringing specialist support to the individual where necessary.
Maintain effective working relationships with referral agencies and collaborate to ensure that referrals are effective and timely and that individuals have a positive experience of the process
Organisational and time management skills
The H&S of the direct reports on site.
Uphold, safeguard and promote the values, philosophy and culture of Learning Links as referenced in Employee Handbooks, Memorandum and Articles and other organisational literature.
Provide a responsive service to customers, colleagues and partners, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with promptly, effectively and professionally whilst delivering the highest standard of customer care.
Undertake any other reasonable duties, as required, to meet the aims and objectives of the post or the organisation.
